Applications
Versatile: Sprayfoam can be used on roofs of any
configuration or existing materials such as hot tar or single
ply roofs, metal, concrete, or wood. For flat or low sloped
roofs, the sprayfoam system is the ultimate solution for sealing
and preventing leaks in failed hot tar or rubber membrane roofs.
It is a spray process applied directly to the entire roof
forming a complete weatherproof cap, fully adhered to the
original materials.
Minimal Maintenance:
Water does not migrate through the closed cell Sprayfoam
material, so there can be no lateral seepage. Leaks, in the
unlikely chance on should occur, are quickly located and easily
repaired.
Cost-Saving Thermal
Insulation: Sprayfoam has the highest R-Value of any
insulation material and at 1-1/2" thickness, the R-Value is
10.5. This provides immediate savings in heating and cooling
costs while increasing comfort levels inside the building.
Studies have shown that you can recover the cost of installation
in a few years.
Virtually Leak Proof:
Sprayfoam provides a thick, walkable, seamless blanket of
protection that weather-seals and insulates the building.
Highest Thermal Resistance:
Our Sprayed-in-Place Polyurethane Foam roofing Systems offer the
best "R." values of any conventional insulation or roofing
membrane materials. When applied above the substrate the SPF
roof system with super insulation properties, reduces thermal
expansion, contractions and helps eliminate underside
condensation.
Seamless and Monolithic:
Because it is "Sprayed-in-Place", it reduces the chances for
leaks and cracks.
Lightweight: Our
Sprayed-in-Place Polyurethane Foam Roofing Systems weigh about
1/10th of conventional built-up roofing systems without adding
too much weight to existing framing members, thus reducing
costly tear-offs.
Strong and Durable:
Recent UL testing proved that Sprayed-in-Place Polyurethane Foam
Roofing Systems could withstand wind uplifts of 160mph.
Self-Flashing and Versatile:
It adheres to most clean and dry surfaces regardless of incline.
It can eliminate cant strips, reglets and metal flashing in most
applications.
Easy to maintain:
Repairs are easy because of the close cell formulation of the
polyurethane foam which allows for quicker leak repairs.
Approvals: Our
Sprayed-in-Place Polyurethane Foam Roofing Systems have been
approved by UL (Underwriters Laboratories), ICBO (International
Conference of Building Officials), and state agencies. Our
Sprayed-in-Place Polyurethane Foam Roofing Systems have been
approved with HCFC 141b the most up to date Freon- free blowing
agent.
PRICING: Our SPF roof
systems generally cost less than conventional re-roofing and
often do not require the costly removal of the old roof. This is
particularly important if asbestos may be suspected to be
present in the existing roof material. Our goal is to earn your
business and offer our customers the most value for their
roofing dollar.
