RENY Management/Havens Group was formed in 1982 as a real estate development and management company.  

We have developed and successfully marketed several residential real estate developments/subdivisions as well as managed real estate assets for banks and other lenders, including at one point supervising and operating about 850 units of multi-family housing in Texas.

With a background in construction, Rob Havens, President, HG has also acted as construction manager of several small industrial buildings as well as numerous remodeling and renovation projects on both the commercial and residential side of the business.  Previous projects have included New York (NYC, Westchester County, and the Adirondack Mountains,) Connecticut California, and Texas.

Havens is a licensed Real Estate Broker as well as General Contractor in:

    Connecticut

    California
